Marriage is a gift of God lived out in the community of faith, the church. We rejoice at God's good gift and seek to nurture those who enter into this God-given covenant. To help sustain marriage in our culture it is vital to have roots within a Christian congregation.

Couples who seek marriage at Fir-Conway need to be practicing members of the congregation. Those who are not members but seek marriage here are encouraged to attend worship and Sunday School to decide if this is a place they would like to live out their life of worship and faith. Marriage in the church can be pursued after becoming involved in the church as a member.

We do not rent the church building for weddings or receptions. We do not allow visiting pastors or priests to conduct services in the church.
