 ctober 4th\, also celebrated as World Animal Day on October 5th this year 
 with a blessing of the animals service.  Francis is widely recognized as 
 the patron saint of ecology and animals due to his deep reverence for natu
 re as a gift from God. \n\nWe will be inviting the animals in our lives (
 domestic only please) after communion for a special blessing.  \n\n\n\n
